Madeleine is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She believes that manual therapy, evidence-based education and exercise therapy are key to a successful recovery.
After completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, she obtained a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy at Leeds Beckett University in England, UK. She is also certified to provide acupuncture through McMaster University’s Neurofunctional Medical Acupuncture Program.
Madeleine is excited to share her passion for active living with PROPEL. She has several years of experience working in sport/exercise-related roles including designing and facilitating group and 1:1 exercise sessions for various clinical populations including individuals with dementia, heart disease, post stroke symptoms.
Madeleine has always been passionate about working with children. Throughout her education, she has gained clinical experience working in pediatric neurology settings and enjoyed volunteering to facilitate exercise programs for children struggling with obesity/diabetes, and physical disabilities. She worked as a ski instructor for several years and spent most of her summers outdoors working at YMCA camps. She is currently working towards expanding her clinical expertise in pediatric physiotherapy.
Outside of the clinic, Madeleine enjoys travelling, dancing, strength training, running, and skiing with friends/family.

Montana is a graduate from the University of Guelph-Humber with a Kinesiology degree and a Diploma in Health, Wellness & Fitness from Mohawk College.
She is a Registered Kinesiologist with additional certifications in Yoga instruction and Stick Mobility training. In the past four years, she has gained experience working in both clinical and gym settings. Montana has worked with young children, athletes, and older individuals. Her passion for human movement and wellness drives her approach to optimizing physical health for her clients.
After studying anatomy and physiology at Mohawk she became dedicated to kinesiology, which allowed her to develop and understand in more depth how people move and perform. Along with her background in yoga, and rehabilitative techniques, Montana takes a holistic approach to wellness.

Dr. Alison Lejkowski graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2010 following completion of her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at McMaster University. Since graduation, she has become certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster, and Active Release Technique (ART®). She continues to strive to expand her clinical skills through ongoing participation in various continuing education courses.
For the past three years, Dr. Alison has been active in the local soccer and volleyball communities. She enjoys helping young athletes with injury management, and performance optimization through early identification and treatment of dysfunction to help to prevent future injuries. In addition to helping others to stay active, Alison believes in leading by example, and enjoys an active lifestyle including snowboarding, running, yoga and ultimate Frisbee.
In order to achieve the best results from any treatment plan, Dr. Alison understands the importance of empowering patients by educating them in all aspects of their health and wellness. She believes that giving patients the tools they need to maintain an active lifestyle, and encouraging them to take an active role in their health and wellbeing will have a positive effect on all aspects of their life. Dr. Peter Lejkowski is a practicing clinician, a published author, an educator, entrepreneur, consultant, anatomy nerd and a movement junkie. His passion for helping people live a healthy and active lifestyle flows through his professional experience and his continuous ambition to educate the public about movement.
Dr. Peter graduated as a chiropractor from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and continued on to complete a 2-year post-graduate residency in Sports Sciences.
He is a certified Contemporary Medical Acupuncture (McMaster University) and Active Release Techniques (ART®) provider and has spent the last several years completing extensive continuing education work in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) for the adult and the paediatric populations, through the world renown Prague School of Rehabilitation in Czech Republic. He utilizes the above approaches daily as part of a comprehensive clinical approach.
Since graduation, Peter has worked in numerous clinical and on-field settings. He has worked as a team doctor for provincial level sport clubs and has been a member of medical teams for provincial through to international level competitions, with amateur and elite-level athletes from all walks of sport. Due to his particular interest in youth athletics, he has worked abroad with a number of youth Canadian high-performance teams.
In addition to his work in sport, Peter has a particular interest in the performance arts community. Since 2012, he has worked with the Performance Arts Medicine Association (PAMA) as a presenter and a conference coordinator. Currently, he works as the company chiropractor for Ballet Jörgen Canada and consults for the company’s Wellness Committee.
In addition to his work with patients, athletes and artists, Peter has spent years teaching at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. His interest in educating expand into his work as a consultant for Agrosy Publishing; the company that created the Visible Body 3D Interactive Anatomy application. Since 2012, Dr. Lejkowski has worked as an anatomical and clinical content specialist for the Visible Body App, a state of the art resource for students and healthcare providers.

Jordan is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan school of massage therapy (2021) and a bachelor of science graduate from Guelph University in the human kinetics program.
Jordan got into the healthcare field with the intention of helping his patients benefit from alternative care. While studying massage therapy, he learnt and felt the difference massage can play on the body and its healing process. He believes that the aid of massage therapy can help optimize patient’s health outcomes whether it be sports-related injuries or general day-to-day stress. Jordan utilizes a variety of treatment techniques that are specific to each patient’s needs to provide efficient and productive care. Additionally, Jordan believes strongly in patient education to allow his patients to take charge of their health and well-being, whether it be through touch, remedial exercises or changes to daily routines.

Crystal is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She brings energy, experience and evidence-based practice to PROPEL.
Crystal graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelors in Physiotherapy in 2005 and from the University of British Columbia with a Masters in Rehabilitation Science in 2016. She is certified in acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada; certified in GTT – dry needling through the Gokavi Institute; certified to provide pelvic floor therapy through Pelvic Health Solutions; and certificated to practice spinal manipulation through the SWODEAM Institute. Additionally she has taken many advanced courses in orthopaedics, diagnostic imaging, myofasial release, pain management, movement impairment syndromes and corrective kinesiotaping.
Throughout her career she has worked in public and private practice, and has worked extensively with work injuries, repetitive strains, motor vehicle accidents and sports injuries in acute and tertiary settings. She has enjoyed working with sporting events such as the NORCECA (North/Central America And Caribbean) International Beach Volleyball Competitions as well as local and regional level golf, soccer and swimming matches/tournaments.
